  • whole grains
  • some nuts
  • Seeds
  • unprocessed oils
  • yogurt containing live cultures of lactobacillus acidophilus
  • flax seed
  • canola and olive oils
  • and grain alternatives (buckwheat is one).

When looking for vitamins or herbal supplements, one should look for the following keywords such as yeast-free, sugar-free, and color-free so as to control your dietary needs.

Herbal remedies have also been effective to naturally cure yeast infection. One should look for herbal oils that are strong in antifungal properties and boost the immune systems. The herbs should also encourage the growth of good bacteria and sooth inflammation.

For breakfast, low-fat granola would prove to be a good choice than other foods.

The best dietary choice is to try to go fresh with your diet. It may seem expensive but the benefits you derive from it would outweigh the costs in making the change by saving you on visiting the doctors. Not to mention the costs of other things associated with your recurring yeast infections.

You may also need to clear out a cabinet or drawer to store your own personal food choices. You would need a section of the kitchen to help you achieve your goal.
